Customizable Shipping Claim Reasons

Corso now lets brands customize which shipping claim reasons customers can select during the claim submission process. In Settings under Shipping Claims, users can enable or disable specific reasons, including defaults like Damaged, Lost, and Stolen, along with expanded options such as Wrong Item, Missing Item, Quality Issue, Incorrect Address, and Satisfaction Guarantee. This update gives brands more control over the claim experience and helps customers select the most accurate reason for their shipping issue.
